  • Manage the accounting function for five entities using Xero
  • Process monthly journals, reconciliations, and inter-entity loan balances
  • Oversee financial reporting: monthly management accounts and audit preparation
  • Manage VAT, payroll, statutory returns, and investment accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and implement robust systems
  • Reconcile and support POS processes for Coffeetime and Giftime
  • Liaise with suppliers and resolve customer account queries
  • Participate in budgeting, cash flow management, and year-end procedures.

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a similar accounting or finance role
