Inspired by the Mitzvah of Livelihood and committed to protecting Jewish continuity, Staffwise offers a powerful solution to one of the more complex challenges faced by our community.
Staffwise is so much more than a Jewish recruitment agency. We offer free career guidance and networking support, as well as access to employment, volunteering, internship and freelance opportunities for more than 200 Jewish job seekers per year. In addition to its recruitment services, the organisation offers talent pipeline management solutions to more than 40 communal organisations (including all shuls) and many Jewish-owned SMEs in Cape Town.

Liat Beinart
Talent & Career Catalyst (Director)
With a B.Soc.Sc in Human Resources Management Liat brings over 20 years of international work experience in recruitment and HR. Working both in Cape Town and London for a variety of industries, Liat has holistic insight into staffing practices across the for and non-for profit sectors, as well as corporate and graduate recruitment expertise.

Lynne Cumings
Talent & Career Catalyst
Lynne is a People and Talent Specialist with more than 30 years of experience across recruitment, HR, talent management, and organisational development. Practical, people-focused, and highly experienced, Lynne is passionate about creating environments where both individuals and organisations can thrive.

Loren Kolevsohn
Team Admin Synergiser
With 15 years of work as an international consultant for the United Nations in South East Asia, Loren brings over 20 years of administration, communication, training and community development experience. She holds an Honours Degree in Journalism & International Political Studies and has garnered vast experience as a journalist, an editor, a teacher and special needs facilitator. This exposure has uniquely positioned her as the coordinator of our job centre, its programs and initiatives.
