Inspired by the Mitzvah of Livelihood and committed to protecting Jewish continuity, Staffwise offers a powerful solution to one of the more complex challenges faced by our community.

But Staffwise is so much more than a Jewish job centre. In addition to its recruitment services, the organisation offers talent pipeline management solutions to more than 50 communal organisations (including all shuls) and over 300 Jewish-owned SMEs in Cape Town. It also provides career guidance, networking, volunteering, internship and freelance opportunities for more than 200 Jewish job seekers per year.

Caroline Kaimowitz

Career Catalyst

With a deep passion for working and uplifting the Jewish community, Caroline brings over 15 years of international training, recruitment and HR experience. She holds a BA Honours in International Relations and has completed her Masters in International Peace and Conflict Resolution at the American University in Washington, DC, USA where she also worked on developing programmes and facilitating conflict resolution activities for youth and adults.

With a B.Soc.Sc in Human Resources Management Liat brings 13 years of international work experience in recruitment and HR. Working both in Cape Town and London for a variety of industries, Liat has holistic insight into staffing practices across the for and non-for profit sectors, as well as corporate and graduate recruitment expertise.

Loren Kolevsohn

Loren Kolevsohn

Team Admin Synergiser

With 15 years of work as an international consultant for the United Nations in South East Asia, Loren brings over 20 years of communication, training and community development experience. She holds an Honours Degree in Journalism & International Political Studies and has garnered vast experience as a journalist, an editor, a teacher and special needs facilitator. This exposure has uniquely positioned her as the coordinator of our job centre, its programs and initiatives.
