• Managing personal case load from start to finish
• Managing High Court rulings, procedures and latest directives
• Research in personal injury and RAF
• Support with staff management
• Daily administration
• Analysis of precedence and case history.

The ideal applicant will have the following competencies: 

• LLB degree
• Some litigation experience is an advantage but not essential
• Full knowledge of High Court rules, procedures and latest directives.
• Must have an understanding of law and research procedures
• Experience in personal injury and RAF matters is a distinct advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate well with a wide variety of audiences.
• Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people from all ages and stages of life.
• Must be able to manage staff with solid examples of situations managing staff.
• A flexible, self-driven individual who is able to work autonomously while maintaining open channels of communication with a team.

• Analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Must be a driven self-starter, looking to build a practice for the long term.
• Strong administration skills.
• Must be detail orientated.

• Outgoing and results driven.
• A commitment for learning and a willingness to grow with the business.
